Established in 1985 in the heart of Uttar Pradesh, Ballian's Industries began with a simple mission: to bring authentic, high-quality gram flour from farm to table. Our founder, Mr. R.K. Ballian, grew up watching his grandmother grind chickpeas by hand in their village kitchen. Inspired by those memories and the unparalleled taste of traditionally prepared besan, he set out to create a product that preserves the traditional taste while meeting modern-day quality standards.
What started as a small mill in Jaunpur has now grown into a trusted brand across Northern India. We continue to use time-honored techniques combined with modern hygiene practices to deliver besan that meets the highest standards of quality and purity.
Today, we source only the best chana dal from local farmers, mill it gently in our state-of-the-art facility, and package it under strict hygiene norms. Every bag of Ballian's Besan is a tribute to generations of culinary heritage.
